Day 1: Registration begins at 8:00am. Program begins at 9 am - 5pm and this evening we will have our Style Soiree at 6:00pm - 8pm.

Day 2: 9:00 am - 9 pm

Day 3: 9:00 am - 5 pm each day and run through 5:00 pm. On Friday we will have registration starting at 8:00 am and then on Friday

We have negotiated a $199 per night room rate with a $10 resort fee which is a significant savings from the normally advertised rate.

Can I share a room?

Absolutely and it is encouraged. You can make those arrangements yourself if you are bringing someone with you.

Is food included?

All lunches during the event are included – 3 healthy, gourmet meals served daily in a beautiful private patio location.

Will there be vegetarian/dairy-free/gluten-free food options?

Absolutely! There will be delicious, healthy, gourmet meals and arrangements can be made for those that desire vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian, dairy-free and/or gluten-free options.  If you have a particular food allergy or preference that you would like to make sure we know about, please email Amy at amy@imagetherapists.com.

Is my flight or accommodations included?

Your flight and accommodations are NOT included. Regarding hotel accommodations, we have negotiated exceptional rates that are less than any advertised pricing available but be sure to reserve as soon as possible, as we have secured a room block at that rate. Once the room block is gone, room rates and availability is limited and likely will sell out weeks before the event.
